Reporting is a legal obligation and should be carried out only after carefully reading the user manual. A report can be closed only by the CSIRT Designated as Coordinator (CDaC) — that is, the CSIRT of the EU Member State where the notification was submitted.

To request the closure and invalidation of a report, you can contact the CSIRT using the contact details provided at this link, or add a note to the submission via the “additional note” field, requesting the relevant action.

ENISA may block an account if it considers that the user has violated the SRP Terms and Conditions.
